Are there any low-cost hosting providers that still offer:

Affordable hosting can work if the project is small.

I’ve noticed that some budget providers perform well at first but renewal prices jump significantly.

For small blogs or side projects, cheap hosting is fine — but for business sites, I wouldn’t risk it.
